Easy Canvas Prints

I am an artist, and I like this printing on canvas service, but before I give them five stars, they must improve in stretching large (greater than 30" by 30") canvases. The smaller ones are fine, the stretched canvas feels like a drum, but the larger ones I ordered came a little wavy. Another thing I would like them to support is higher quality and thicker canvases. Printing in metallic colors would be excellent. Anyway, the current pricing with the discounts is pretty competitive, and I recommend this service.

I ordered a canvas print for a client. When I received the canvas, I noticed that it was underexposed and the details were washed out.I contacted a costumer representative and they reached out to their art team. They said they they wouldn’t send out a replacement with proper exposure, even though I said that I would return the one that I was unhappy with. They said that they printed it according to what I sent them. I also showed them the same portrait that was printed on a canvas from a different company and the exposure was darker and the details were vivid. Obviously their product was the issue. They gave me a discount but the issue wasn’t resolved. I needed the image printed properly for my client. I’m not satisfied with this company.

These guys are amazing! I wanted to put 3 big canvas prints of pictures I had taken of San Luis Obispo CA mountains here. I had pretty good resolution but not way professional. It was super easy to upload and they had reasonable shipping. I bought the proper brackets with them which I was thankful I did. They are nice and work well. Even give you a little bubble level to get them to get it perfect!! I used a laser thing on the wall to make all three of them even. That helped too. The resolution and quality of the print was stunning. My sizes were 24x36. Great size! I cant rave enough for this service!! Here is a picture of them all hung. wow!!

I love easy canvas prints I have several canvases hanging in my house and often give them as gifts. I have never had an issue with an order from them up until here recently which was a computer issue it put the wrong address from my saved ones and it was a fast and easy fix. I often get great deals from them for my canvases and I have and will always recommend Easy Canvas Prints to friends family and strangers who have asked!!!

I would put zero if it was possible. Here's what happened ... I was told to contact customer service (Leonardo L.) to receive a free 11X14 voucher but I require 11 of them that I never received (one for each of the 11 orders I have made with your company)... he said you have an issue with the vouchers your system has but you are working on it ... which I don't believe... so I made an order with the 11 11X14 prints I would like you to apply the vouchers today that you owe me and I will pay the shipping as your website specifies which is $32.99. I love your product but will report this to the proper authorities if you do not honor your word. By the way, this is the 3rd message I have sent to you. If you had sent me the free voucher I would have added it to my next order but since you didn't I refuse to play your illegal and dishonest game to make me order each one individually and pay a ridiculous shipping cost according to your last customer service person ... I will be putting a terrible review on every possible site about your company and report you to all the government business bureaus available to let them all know what scam you are doing to people.

Easy Canvas Prints is excellent. The five of our family are 18X24 and the three of my wife are 16X20. They are all perfect. I also have two 30X40 of my wife, and they are superb, can't show those, though. The site is easy to use, however, if you leave stuff in your cart too long it disappears -- kind of annoying. This biggest issue I have with them is the discount process. They always have multiple coupons going, and if you don't have Wikibuy or wait for the 93% off coupon you can really get screwed. This is almost enough to drop the rating to 4 stars. We have bought around 20 canvas prints from them and I am certain I will buy more in the future.
